The collaborative project between MKTG agency and MSNBC at the Essence Festival delivered an immersive four-day experience that attracted 500,000 attendees. Central to the experience was a live broadcast area where MSNBC engaged festival-goers with real-time news coverage and interactive discussions. Educational and informational columns provided in-depth insights on key issues and MSNBC hosts, while a designated photo backdrop offered a visually engaging spot for social sharing. Attendees were also encouraged to contribute their thoughts on health and culture through a dedicated writing area, fostering a sense of community and open dialogue throughout the event.

As the supervising art director I was responsible for shaping the overall design vision of the experience. This included overseeing the creation of all wall graphics, logo design, ensuring a cohesive visual identity.
